Other activities of this Society

Our Society has in constant touch with specially abeles, their emotions, nature and needs and finally establishing their rights in mainstreaming into the inclusive human society.

Society is holding a village fair since eight years within its Campus by naming Anandaniketan Gramin Mela. From 31st January to 4th February in every year the village fair continues to entertain local people along with the residents of this Society with arrangements of five days programme.

The main objective of arrangement of such type of Fair is to mainstreaming of specially able persons with the common people and also to exhibit their products prepared by them in fair stall to sale.

• On 1st day of January in each year the residents have the joyful participation in Picnic.

• An annual sports meet for the specially able is organized each and every year in the sports complex of our Society.

In every year, generally in the month of February a speacialised foreign team from Australia comes to visit and stay in Anandaniketan to provide their services to the community in collaboration with us. The free medical health checks up, dental & optical camps are organized in villages.

Particularly allied team members extend their supportive services of training and education to our special school children.
